Expert Learning Lab (ELL) is a Swedish collaboration initiative that brings together industry, academia, and innovation partners to accelerate expert competence in advanced digital technologies.

Our mission is to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness by enabling continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation across organizational boundaries. Through learning programs, communities of practice, AI and XR-enabled learning experiences, and project-based knowledge transfer, we enable experts to stay at the forefront of digital transformation.
ELL is part of the Advanced Digitalisation program and is driven by leading industrial companies and universities working together to create new ways of learning for the future of industry.

Expert Learning Lab brings together ABB, Ericsson, Saab and Volvo Group with Chalmers University of Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Linköping University and Örebro University. Together, we develop new ways for experts to learn, share knowledge and build skills across organisational boundaries.
