Community of Practice Resilience Sweden 

The challenge 

Cybersecurity incidents increasingly affect organisations across sectors. Building resilience requires not only technical competence but also collaboration, communication and preparedness. 

The solution 

Within Expert Learning Lab’s Community of Practice (CoP) Resilience Sweden, participants met at Linköping University’s cybersecurity lab for a scenario-based exercise. 

Using a scenario that escalated from a stolen mobile phone to a ransomware attack, participants explored decision-making under pressure, cross-organisational collaboration and crisis communication. 

The outcome 

The workshop generated valuable discussions about preparedness, trust and collaboration. Participants shared experiences and identified practical lessons for improving organisational resilience. 

The workshop highlighted how the Community of Practice creates opportunities for continuous learning through realistic scenarios and dialogue.
