ELL Cyber Security Workshop #2: NIS2, CRA and Compliance
New cybersecurity regulations are creating new requirements for companies and organizations developing digital products. In this Expert Learning Lab workshop, experts from ELL organizations come together to explore what regulations such as NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) mean in practice.
The workshop combines expert presentations with discussions and practical perspectives. Participants will get an introduction to current cybersecurity regulations before taking a closer look at the Cyber Resilience Act, including requirements for manufacturers and suppliers, conformity assessment, technical documentation and cybersecurity throughout the product lifecycle.
The afternoon focuses on how organizations can work with cybersecurity compliance in practice, as well as vulnerability and incident handling. The workshop concludes by identifying actionable improvements and opportunities for continued learning and collaboration.
Who should attend?
Practitioners and experts working with product cybersecurity within ELL organizations.
The workshop is for invited guests only.

Expert Forum Seminar 2: Back to Basics
Agentic AI is changing software development. AI agents can generate code, design solutions and automate increasingly complex development tasks at unprecedented speed. But faster development does not reduce the need for testing and verification. It makes them even more important.
Following the first Expert Forum on Agentic AI, this second seminar focuses on the foundations of trustworthy software development. How should testing practices evolve as AI agents become more autonomous? How can we identify logical flaws, security vulnerabilities and integration issues in AI-generated software? And how can industry and academia work together to build trust in AI-assisted development?
The seminar will explore topics including testing and verification, quality assurance, integration with existing systems, regression testing and security testing.
The Expert Forum brings together practitioners and researchers to share experiences, challenges and ideas on how to combine rapid innovation with reliable and trustworthy software.
Who should attend?
Software developers, testers, quality engineers, software architects, researchers, academics and others interested in trustworthy AI-assisted software development.
The seminar will be held in English.
Event information
In June 2026, participants from ABB, Ericsson, Saab and Volvo completed Cohort 5 of the Technical Leadership Program.
During the nine-month program, which started in October 2025, technical leaders from different companies, industries and disciplines came together to develop their leadership capabilities, expand their professional networks and work on business projects.
The program combines leadership development with peer learning, knowledge sharing and collaboration across company boundaries.
The graduation at Volvo in Gothenburg marked the conclusion of the program and an opportunity to reflect on the participants’ learning and experiences from the nine months together.
Event information
On 13 October, Expert Learning Lab welcomes Cohort 7 of the Technical Leadership Program.
The program brings together technical leaders from Ericsson, Saab and Volvo and is designed to support them in their daily work while creating opportunities for peer learning, cross-disciplinary exchange and collaboration across companies.
Over nine months, participants will take part in four modules combining online and face-to-face learning. Following the virtual kick-off, the first face-to-face session will take place at Volvo in Gothenburg.
The program concludes with a graduation event on 8–10 June 2027.
